Andrew Maxwell

Andrew Maxwell joined Welcome To The City, Inc. in 1996, after a successful stint as co-owner of The Exeter Group, a Toronto-based restaurant management company. With over 15 years of experience in hotel operations, Andrew has held several senior managerial positions, including Senior Operations Manager with Canada's largest hotel, Toronto's Delta Chelsea Inn.

Andrew's financial acumen and ability to develop and enhance the company's business strategy has helped propel Welcome To The City’s latest venture, WTTC.com, to its current level of success, making it the largest independent online resource in North America for the events, meetings and conventions industry.

Randy Markus

A partner of Welcome To The City, Inc. since 1992, Randy brings over 15 years of experience in operations to WTTC.com. Responsible for building and growing the company’s network of listing   partners, Randy brings formidable skills to the tasks at hand as a problem-solver and a genuine people-person.

Prior to joining Welcome to the City Inc., Randy played a key role in launching The Metropolitan Hotel, one of Toronto's most successful hotel properties. She is an active member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI).

Mary Ellen Tristram

Welcome To The City, Inc. co-founder and partner Mary Ellen Tristram directs all national sales efforts and provides senior-level support to WTTC.com city and listing partners.

With over 20 years of experience in the events and meetings industry, Mary Ellen has an excellent reputation building and nurturing business relationships thanks to her relentless pursuit of service excellence.

Mary Ellen is an active member of The Toronto Convention and Visitors Association (Tourism Toronto) and the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA). She is also a past President of the Toronto PCMA Chapter.
